About the Team

Walmart’s infrastructure and platform teams build the core technology foundation that powers the organization. This includes enterprise architecture, data platforms, DevOps, cloud computing, and large-scale infrastructure systems.

These technologies support secure and seamless experiences across stores, digital platforms, and distribution networks while enabling reliable and scalable operations.

What You’ll Do

You will collaborate with a team of developers and contribute code to systems that support Walmart’s large-scale platforms. Work may involve technologies and systems such as large private customer databases, master data platforms for item and supply chain management, and mobile applications for associates.

The role may also involve working with complex security frameworks, cryptography suites, integration layers connecting suppliers and B2B partners, large distributed systems, service oriented architectures, high performance and scalable systems, private cloud infrastructure, and large in-memory databases.

What You’ll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field, expected to graduate in 2027.
• A minimum combined aggregate score of 7 or above across all semesters.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object oriented programming.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C, C++, or Java.
• Ability to analyze data and trends, identify problems, and propose effective solutions while working in a fast-paced environment.
