About Talentd
We list jobs that accept zero experience, and publish the interview material needed to get through them.
Who this is for
Most job boards are built for people who already have a track record. Talentd is built for the year before that: the final-year student, the fresher with no callbacks, the intern working out what to learn next.
That shapes what gets published. A listing is only useful here if it really does accept zero experience, so that is what we filter for. Getting the interview is only half of it, so we also publish the coding problems and written rounds those roles screen on, which is what FleetCode is for.

Free where it counts
Listings, the coding library and the career tools are free. We run ads instead of charging candidates.

The numbers above are read from the platform every night and rounded down. We do not list awards we have not won.
