Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of interactions through phone, chat, and email channels.

• Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and defined service level agreements.
• Switch between support channels based on operational needs.

Requirements

• 0 to 12 months of relevant customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and handle multiple tasks.
• Willingness to manage continuous voice calls when required.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word.
• Completion of mandatory training programs.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating weekly time off and night shifts.
• Graduate in any discipline.
