  • Tailor each letter: Write a new one for each application.
  • Use specific examples: Name the project and the result, with numbers where you have them.
  • Show you know the company: Mention something specific about them.
  • Use the post's words: Match the terms in the job description.

Format

  • Length: 250 to 400 words at most.
  • Font: A plain one, like Arial or Calibri.
  • Structure: Short paragraphs with space between them.
  • Proofread: Check grammar, spelling, names and numbers.
