Digital subscriptions are non-refundable
⚠️ No Refunds on Digital Subscriptions
Talentd has no subscriptions or recurring plans. Paid services are bought one at a time. Because nothing recurs, there is no billing to cancel. Refunds for a specific purchase are handled as described below, to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
At Talentd, we provide digital products and subscription services. Due to the instant access nature of our digital content, all subscription purchases are final. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility by Service
One-time digital purchases
• One-time purchases are final once the service has been delivered
• Subscriptions cannot be refunded once payment is processed
• There is no subscription time to refund
• No refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances
• Annual plans cannot be refunded after purchase
Note: Talentd does not sell subscriptions. Every paid item is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop.
Credit Packs & Add-ons
• All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits never expire but cannot be refunded
• No refunds for unused credits
• Bundle purchases are non-refundable
Note: Credit packs and add-ons are digital products that never expire. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded.
Resume Services (Review/Rewrite)
• Service not delivered within 7 business days of promised date
• Service delivered is completely different from what was ordered
• Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amount
• You're not satisfied with the feedback style
• You disagree with expert recommendations
• Service was delivered as described
• Change of mind after service delivery
Note: Refunds only apply to service delivery issues, not subjective dissatisfaction.
