No Refunds on Digital Purchases
Talentd has no subscriptions, recurring plans or auto-renewal. Every paid item, such as the ₹49 AI Pack, Resume Review and Resume Writing, is a one-time purchase: you pay once and are never charged again for it. Refunds for a specific purchase are handled as described below.
At Talentd, we provide digital products and services, each bought once. Due to the instant access nature of our digital content, all digital product purchases are final. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
Hire (hire.talentd.in), our product for employers, has its own billing and is not covered by this policy.
Refund Eligibility by Service
One-time digital purchases
NON-REFUNDABLE
- One-time purchases are final once the service has been delivered
- Purchases cannot be refunded once payment is processed
- No refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances
Note: Talentd does not sell subscriptions. Every paid item is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop.

- All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable
- Credits are valid for 6 months and cannot be refunded
- No refunds for unused credits
- Bundle purchases are non-refundable
Note: Credit packs such as the AI Pack are digital products valid for 6 months from purchase. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded.

Eligible for Refund (Limited Cases)
- Service not delivered within 7 business days of promised date
- Service delivered is completely different from what was ordered
- Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amount

- You're not satisfied with the feedback style
- You disagree with expert recommendations
- Service was delivered as described
- Change of mind after service delivery
