All digital subscription purchases (Plus and Max plans) are final and non-refundable. This is standard for digital products and services. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
At Talentd, we provide digital products and subscription services. Due to the instant access nature of our digital content, all subscription purchases are final. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures to ensure transparency. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
• All digital subscription purchases are final and non-refundable
• Subscriptions cannot be refunded once payment is processed
• No refunds for unused subscription time
• No refunds for change of mind or personal circumstances
• Annual plans cannot be refunded after purchase

• Credits never expire but cannot be refunded

Note: Credit packs and add-ons are digital products that never expire. Once purchased, they cannot be refunded.
• Service not delivered within 7 business days of promised date
• Service delivered is completely different from what was ordered
• Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amount
• You're not satisfied with the feedback style
• You disagree with expert recommendations
• Service was delivered as described
• Change of mind after service delivery
