Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates. The role involves navigating multiple systems to answer questions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle customer interactions across phone, chat, and email channels based on business needs.
- Use available tools and resources to address queries and resolve issues accurately.
- Review and process customer requests while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
- Follow quality standards, compliance guidelines, and defined service level agreements.
- Maintain punctuality, reliability, and a strong focus on delivering effective customer care.
What You'll Bring
- 0 to 12 months of relevant customer service experience.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer focused mindset with urgency to resolve issues effectively.
- Willingness to handle continuous voice calls as part of daily operations.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word.
- Ability to complete required training programs.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts and weekly time off.
- Willingness to work permanent night shifts or other assigned rotational shifts.
