Position Summary
This role focuses on workforce planning and analysis to support operational efficiency. The analyst evaluates labor data, monitors workforce metrics, and helps teams make informed staffing decisions using data driven insights.
What You Will Do
Essential Functions
- Analyze labor data and business trends to identify opportunities for improving staffing efficiency and productivity. Build and maintain workforce planning models and dashboards to support accurate forecasting while ensuring data integrity across planning tools.
- Track key performance indicators related to service levels, labor productivity, and cost management. Support outage procedures and coordinate communications across teams to maintain system stability.
- Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance teams to align workforce plans with business priorities. Facilitate discussions and meetings to review workforce strategies and progress toward targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce analytics. Prepare and present reports on workforce metrics, trend analysis, and planning outcomes for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, internal policies, and staffing guidelines. Maintain documentation and standardized reporting for workforce planning activities.
- Support workforce management initiatives by tracking project milestones and assisting with implementation. Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt industry practices or technologies that strengthen workforce planning capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using workforce planning or workforce management software and analytics tools.
- Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related discipline.
