Role Overview
The Digital Validation Engineer is responsible for validating key product indicators (KPIs) defined in the system compliance matrix for digital circuitry within a given platform. The role involves identifying what parameters must be measured and determining the most efficient and automated approach to perform those measurements.
The engineer ensures that validation results are presented in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner so that system performance can be evaluated effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate critical product indicators according to the system compliance matrix for digital circuitry.
- Understand measurement requirements and implement automated methods to capture validation data.
- Generate clear and structured reports summarizing validation measurements and outcomes.
- Prepare instrumentation, automation scripts, and validation boards before silicon arrives for bench testing.
