
This apprenticeship is intended for candidates graduating in 2026 who have no active academic backlogs and have not previously held full-time employment. Applicants who have already completed an apprenticeship must maintain a mandatory gap of 365 days before beginning a new one.
As part of the program, apprentices collaborate with peers across the country while gaining hands-on exposure at Microsoft. The role offers an opportunity to develop technical and professional skills while working alongside experienced teams.
In this position, you will participate in technical foundation training on Microsoft products and learn how to operate effectively in a customer-focused support environment. The role prepares you to assist customers, partners, field engineers, and other support teams with technical issues.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex computer systems along with networked or wireless environments. Responsibilities also include analyzing issues, performing troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
The apprenticeship runs for a duration of 12 months and focuses on developing practical, job-ready skills through real work experience. It is a training program and does not represent a full-time permanent role.
