ShareChat (Mohalla Tech Pvt Ltd) is India's largest homegrown social media company and the only local player to reach profitability in the industry, with 200+ million Monthly Monetizable Users across its platforms.
Founded in 2015, ShareChat runs social media brands including the ShareChat App and Moj App, along with the micro drama app QuickTV. QuickTV passed 10 million downloads within 3 months of launch and has 60Mn MAUs across the network watching vertical episodic content.
The ShareChat network reports 1,000 Cr ARR and serves users across the country in 15 regional languages. Revenue grew 28% YoY in the July-Sept (2025-26) quarter and rose by more than 60% in the Oct-Dec quarter.
What you'll do
- Carry out timely performance checks across all POD domains.
- Focus on the quality and safety of content on the platform and on the user experience.
- Run quality assurance processes at offshore and in-house teams.
- Manage end-to-end operations for the team and the vertical.
- Coordinate with vendors on calibrations, training, and quality and policy updates.
- Own and resolve user grievances through the CRM tool, maintaining SLA adherence and TAT compliance.
Who you are
- 6 months to 1 year of work experience managing quality processes in a large team.
- Content moderation experience is preferred, though freshers can also be considered.
- Written and spoken fluency in Hindi and Punjabi, with business-level English.
- Basic to advanced skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- Basic analytical skills to support decision-making.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal direction.
- Ability to understand and build processes from scratch.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
