Job Description: Program Management

Micron is looking for an energetic and organized Program Management Executive to support cross-functional programs and improvement initiatives. You will work with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to track program activities, keep project documentation current, monitor KPIs and help teams complete actions on time.

This role suits a recent graduate who wants to build a career in Program Management, Operations, Quality or Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination and Execution

• Help prepare and maintain project plans, milestones, timelines and action trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders on assigned actions and deliverables.
• Track program progress against agreed objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate meetings, reviews and program-related activities.
• Identify schedule deviations or dependencies and escalate them to the Program Manager.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect and consolidate project and program data.
• Maintain KPIs, dashboards, scorecards and action trackers.
• Prepare clear status reports and management presentations.
• Use data to highlight trends, risks, delays and improvement opportunities.
• Use AI tools in your work.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing/Operations, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Support regular program reviews and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain meeting minutes, decisions, action owners and target dates.
• Help keep teams aligned and transparent with each other.

Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Support structured problem-solving and continuous-improvement projects.
• Assist with documentation, root-cause analysis, corrective-action tracking and lessons learned.
• Take part in Lean Six Sigma / DMAIC improvement projects where applicable.

Preferred Skills

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts.
• Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, Jira, SharePoint or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, Agile or Waterfall methodology is an advantage.
