Responsibilities

Manage, Develop and Give Feedback on Employee Performance

• Give employees feedback on performance and guidance on career development
• Set performance goals for employees
• Direct employees on daily and broader scope tasks
• Document and resolve performance issues

Process Alignment

• Keep Finished Goods processes aligned across global sites and functions where needed
• Define necessary process changes and communicate them
• Run global audits quarterly or yearly to confirm sites are aligned
• Monitor site-level implementation of changes
• Take part in Area Prioritization Meetings for request rankings
• Monitor forecast and output requirements to meet business unit expectations

Staffing, Equipment and Materials

• Monitor area activity to confirm proper staffing, equipment and materials are available
• Monitor forecasts to confirm staffing, equipment and materials needs are met
• Prepare data and support requests for additional staffing or equipment
• Advise other sites on equipment needs and staffing plans

Customer Response

• Review and respond to internal and external customer requirements and track progress toward implementation
• Lead investigations when customer issues arise and support other sites as needed
• Implement required process changes for customers and keep all sites aligned
• Take part in customer audits where necessary
• Provide historical information on shipping activity

Material Security and Accountability

• Make sure inventory controls are in place and active
• Monitor processes to confirm controls are followed
• Make sure all compliance requirements are implemented and followed
