Flex Hiring Junior Executive - Program Management, Chennai

Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Junior Executive for Program Management in Chennai. The role supports the Program Management vertical by working as a member of the virtual customer focus team and assisting Program Managers with program management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on several program management reports within the offshore Global Business Services (GBS) center and site Customer Focus Team.
• Oversee and coordinate program activities across all departments, making sure all commitments made against agreed deliverables are completed.
• Handle highly confidential and critical data.
• Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results within the GBS and site Customer Focus Team.
• Apply strong communication, coordination and customer management skills.
• Lead and drive activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of services.
• Prepare good documentation at the various stages of a program.

Required Experience

• Solid understanding of Program Management concepts, New Product Introduction (NPI), New Product Development (NPD) and the phases of the product life cycle.
• Basic understanding of financial terms, Incoterms and their impact on business profit and loss.
• Good understanding of the customer focus team's role in managing customers.
• Hands-on experience with ERP tools such as Baan or SAP for a PM role.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of MS Project and basic office automation or Excel automation will be an advantage.
