Job Summary

To support Flex teams that build great products and drive growth, we are looking to add an Analyst for GBS Procurement India. The role involves processing purchase orders quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will also have strong stakeholder service skills and work well in a team to consistently meet demanding performance targets.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Manage C class item procurement activities.
• Run the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from PR to PO, sending POs to suppliers, PO confirmation, delivery follow-up and supplier payment coordination.
• Coordinate with vendors on the actual delivery status of materials.
• Complete the Open Purchase Order Report and Shortage Report on time for review.
• Handle pull-in, push-out and cancellations based on the MRP report and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory at optimum levels as per site requirements.
• Coordinate with internal business partners (requestors) and suppliers on purchase order changes.
• Manage the supplier database.
• Handle shortage and excess escalation management.
• Follow through on urgent receipts and past-due management, and resolve receiving challenges.
