Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Learning & Organization Development team on high-impact initiatives spanning AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs.
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
- Drive program operations, including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Analyze program data and feedback to generate insights and recommend improvements.
- Conduct research, analyze trends, and develop point-of-view documents on emerging topics.
- Create, curate, and manage communication content such as learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.
