About the Role
Ericsson is looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern to join the Talent Acquisition team and support campus hiring initiatives. You will help build strong talent pipelines by working with colleges, placement cells and internal stakeholders to run campus recruitment drives smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support campus and lateral hiring by coordinating with colleges, placement cells and internal stakeholders for hiring drives.
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant trackers.
- Keep candidates engaged through timely communication, follow-ups and a smooth candidate experience.
- Analyse hiring data and trends, and prepare reports and dashboards tracking progress, funnel metrics and hiring effectiveness.
- Work with internal teams (HR, business and interview panels) to deliver campus recruitment plans.
Key Qualifications
- MBA/Graduate (HR or related field) or final-year student keen on an HR or TA career
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Ability to take initiative
- Genuine interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
