Join our Team
Ericsson is looking for a proactive and dedicated Automated Operations Engineer to join its team. In this role, you will coordinate, manage, and carry out first level proactive and reactive maintenance activities. You will help deliver services that meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and support high customer satisfaction.
What you will do
- Take part in first level service monitoring and event management.
- Handle service and resource alarms efficiently.
- Monitor the performance of resources and services.
- Carry out security event monitoring.
- Identify and document incidents.
- Support investigations related to capacity and performance.
- Track, manage, and report on incident resolution.
- Escalate identified security incidents.
- Initiate Problem Management processes.
- Support preventive maintenance execution for Field Operations.
