About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in handling end-to-end hiring across several business functions. The internship offers hands-on exposure to corporate recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Schedule interviews and manage the logistics around them.
• Track candidates through the recruitment lifecycle and keep recruitment systems accurate.
• Contact candidates by email and phone for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment events as required.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring trackers in Excel.
• Keep documentation timely and data accurate throughout the hiring process.
• Work with internal stakeholders to make the recruitment experience seamless.
