The Team

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte India, you will manage hiring for a specific business area.

Your Work Profile

• Source potential candidates through online channels such as social platforms and professional networks. Use all available sourcing channels to build a pipeline of both active and passive candidates, and meet the required hiring demand and productivity targets.
• Communicate openly and promptly throughout the candidate journey, making sure candidate needs are met.
• Make sure job descriptions and interview questions reflect each position's requirements.
• Assess candidate fit based on internal parity.
• Keep candidates engaged until they join, and deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Build the pipeline by revisiting past applicants and potential candidates.
