Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Learning & Organization Development team on initiatives related to AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
• Manage program operations including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
• Analyze program data and feedback to identify insights and suggest improvements.
• Conduct research on emerging topics such as AI and workplace learning, and prepare point-of-view documents.
• Create and manage communication content including blogs, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.

• Familiarity with technology and AI tools.

Experience and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an advantage.
• Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management exposure is preferred but not required.
