Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Learning & Organization Development team on initiatives related to AI, DEIB, capability building, and large-scale people programs.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning initiatives.
- Manage program operations including stakeholder communication, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Analyze program data and feedback to identify insights and suggest improvements.
- Conduct research on emerging topics such as AI and workplace learning, and prepare point-of-view documents.
- Create and manage communication content including blogs, learning resources, presentations, and internal campaigns.
Skills
- Interest in Learning & Development, Employee Experience, or People Practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative approach toward content, design, and engagement.
- Familiarity with technology and AI tools.
Experience and Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva, presentation design, or basic content creation is an advantage.
- Prior internship, campus leadership, or event management exposure is preferred but not required.
