Job Title: TAS Operations - NCT

Trust & Agency Services (TAS) supports more than 1,500 clients including multinational corporations, banks, financial institutions, hedge funds, asset managers, and supranational agencies. TAS Operations manages a wide range of debt capital market transactions such as conventional and structured debt products, project finance, REITs, Islamic finance, escrows, restructurings, loan agency services, depository receipts, structured finance, and US mortgage services.

Your key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely services to clients across activities such as primary and post issuance processing, CLOs, reconciliations, and review of US mortgage documentation.
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and custodians through calls or emails to resolve operational queries.
- Support knowledge sharing and backup creation through cross training within the team.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and timeliness in line with benchmark expectations.
- Escalate operational issues to the appropriate level to avoid business impact.
- Generate reports to track and review inquiries received.
- Follow KOP and KPI guidelines while complying with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with projects, analysis, release testing, automation initiatives, and process improvement activities.
- Collaborate with peers, leads, managers, and stakeholders to complete operational tasks within defined timelines.
- Support team collaboration by sharing ideas and assisting colleagues in achieving team goals.
Your skills and experience
- Analyst level candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience, or Senior Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience, preferably in banking, financial services, loan servicing, or US mortgage operations.
- Knowledge of debt products, settlements, payments, corporate actions, cash reconciliation, billing and invoice generation, loan servicing, or US mortgage processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain high productivity while ensuring strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts.
