Deloitte South Asia is inviting applications for the position of Intern – Talent Acquisition at its Bengaluru office. This is a six-month internship designed to provide valuable exposure and hands-on experience in recruitment processes within a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment.

As an intern in the Talent team, you will support recruitment activities that contribute to Deloitte’s goal of hiring top talent while learning the end-to-end hiring cycle in one of the most reputable global professional services firms.

Roles and Responsibilities

As part of the Enabling Area team, your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using platforms such as job boards, LinkedIn, and other digital sources
• Screening: Review resumes and shortlist profiles that meet predefined qualifications
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and follow up on interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Job Description Support: Assist in drafting, editing, and posting job descriptions on appropriate platforms
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain recruitment records, update trackers, and provide necessary support in recruitment operations
