Position Summary

Deloitte is seeking a Data Analytics Analyst who is interested in exploring data in depth and generating meaningful insights for complex business problems. The role focuses on designing analytical solutions and building dashboards using modern data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data visualization dashboards and advanced reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, and Alteryx.
• Work independently on Alteryx workflows and implement data wrangling logic.
• Create dashboards using data visualization and data preparation tools.
• Apply development frameworks, standards, and guidelines to ensure integrity and consistency.
• Gather and analyze best practices and templates to build data-driven dashboards.
• Support design thinking approaches related to dashboard development.
• Assist in data analysis processes, dashboard creation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to enhance process guidelines and frameworks across projects.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow Deloitte standards and templates while delivering solutions.
• Execute internal testing and user acceptance processes.
• Develop and maintain internal project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with development standards and tool frameworks.
• Suggest process improvements to maintain consistency across projects.

The Shared Services Center at Deloitte helps improve operational efficiency and control while giving business units access to specialized resources. This model enables teams to focus on delivering value to clients and developing new services.

The USI shared services team supports a broad range of functions for U.S. operations, including call center support, document services, financial processing and analysis, records management, ethics and compliance, and administrative assistance.

Required Qualifications

• Educational qualification: MCA, BTech, or BSc in Computer Science or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and strong understanding of its tools.
• Knowledge of data wrangling, ETL processes, and data cleansing.
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for statistical or analytical tasks.
• Understanding of visual design best practices for dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Proficiency in Excel including functions like VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
• Awareness of Agile software development practices and product release processes.
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning concepts is beneficial.
• Familiarity with quality processes and dashboard testing methods.
