Job Summary

Flex is looking to add a Junior Engineer - IT to its Sriperumbudur team. The role supports ERP applications that cover manufacturing, supply chain, planning, procurement, inventory and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and enhance ERP applications, working closely with business users, production, planning, finance and IT teams.
• Provide day-to-day ERP user support, troubleshoot application, transaction and master data issues, and monitor ERP interfaces and system integrations.
• Support incident, problem and change management activities.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and support manufacturing, procurement, inventory, planning, logistics and finance processes within ERP.
• Help with ERP customizations, reports, forms and interfaces, and perform functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Assist with ERP upgrades, patches and new feature implementations, and validate system changes before production deployment.
• Support master data maintenance, data migration, data correction and data integrity across integrated systems.
• Generate operational and management reports.
• Prepare and maintain functional specifications, SOPs and user guides, and support audit, SOX and compliance requirements.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer, and coordinate with business teams, developers and external vendors.
