Flex Coimbatore Hiring Junior Executive, Program Management | Freshers

Job Summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products. We are looking to add a Junior Executive, Program Management based in our Coimbatore location to support our teams that build great products and contribute to our growth.

What a typical day will look like:

• Assist in reviewing program proposals or plans to define timeframes, procedures, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources across program phases.
• Confer with managers in Program Management, Operations and other areas to outline work plans, assign duties and responsibilities, and resolve problems.
• Drive and coordinate projects and activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) so the program stays on schedule and within budget, including facilitating communication across departments.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, clients or others.
• May assist with metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drive the team toward continuous improvement activities that affect project timeline, cost or daily production.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delay, and coordinate the team on any issue that could cause an impact.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
• Awareness of how functional changes affect work processes and other functions.
• Use of office tools may be required, including telephones, data entry, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and database systems.
