Responsibilities

• Support a 24x7 process that runs on rotational shifts.
• Monitor key engine parameters to detect impending failures and assess engine performance.
• Carry out trend and data analysis using aviation terminology and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Evaluate the current state of engine performance and recommend course corrections.
• Interpret technical publications such as the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Fault Isolation Manual, and Repair Manual.
• Communicate and follow up with the product line team and the customer.
• Prepare and publish daily customer reports.
• Drive and support continuous improvement efforts using LEAN principles.
