Role Overview
Deloitte is looking for graduates with a B.Com or BBM background and a basic understanding of US individual tax returns (Form 1040). Candidates with prior experience in preparing or reviewing Form 1040 are preferred, though a graduate or fresher with no prior experience can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing or reviewing Form 1040, the US individual tax return.
- Reviewing supporting documentation and requesting any pending documents.
- Identifying discrepancies and entering data in the format required for Form 1040.
- Applying tax computation knowledge to client returns.
Candidates who are Enrolled Agents or CPAs with US tax education may be placed in a more senior category, generally 4+ or 5+ years.
Work is done from the office only, due to data security and confidentiality requirements from clients.
