About the Role
Keka is seeking a talented Analytics/AI Engineer Intern to work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics. This role involves designing scalable data pipelines, transforming raw datasets into actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using technologies such as PySpark, Python, Polars, and Gen-AI.
- Develop data models and transformation logic to support analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
- Apply Python and Object-Oriented Programming principles to create reusable and maintainable data tools.
- Utilize Databricks and cloud-based platforms for processing and managing large datasets.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver clean, reliable data.
- Maintain high data quality and consistency across systems and reports.
Must-Have Skills
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with PySpark and Polars for data processing.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
