Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design and develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to improve business efficiency.
• Support the development of business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Create dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
• Assist with the development and enhancement of internal digital portals and user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and identify automation opportunities.
• Support data preparation, reporting automation, and analytics initiatives using tools such as Python and other digital technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on operational excellence and process optimization.
• Explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, Microsoft Copilot, and cloud-based solutions, and support proof-of-concept activities.
• Integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
