Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Invoice Management

• Take responsibility for MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all of Flow Controls key customers.
• Review contracts and orders received from LBP/Sales and make sure the invoices are aligned.
• Load and manage invoices in customer financial sites.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to confirm shipments are delivered as per the INCO terms.
• Review documentation provided by the Shipping Team and submit it to the customer with the invoice if required.
• Carry out any other duties the Line Manager considers appropriate.

Documentation

• Ensure necessary invoice documents and supporting documents are submitted to the customer.
• Keep necessary records of invoice submissions.

Dispute Resolution

• Resolve payment collection discrepancies, working collaboratively with Finance, Sales and the Local Business Partner or Customer.

Quality

• Recommend ways to eliminate non-value-added activities.
