Job Description

• Enter data accurately and efficiently using various computer programs, word processing, spreadsheet, or database commands, and format material as required.
• Proof entered material and generated data reports as required. Review discrepancies in incoming data, request clarification, or alert your supervisor so customer requests are processed correctly.
• File records, and prepare, transmit, sort, and distribute faxes, mail, email, and reports as needed.
• Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Process work in a timely manner, meet daily productivity objectives, and show a sense of urgency while meeting quality and productivity goals.
• Work correctly with multiple currencies and other requirements for processing international orders.
• Manage your time well and plan and organize your work effectively.
• Provide chat support as required, in the local language and other required languages.
• Support local Customer Service teams and help other teams when needed.
• Actively support the team by helping with complex or uncommon requests and sharing best practices.
