Job Description
Project Accounting Analyst - Provides administrative support across accounting functions, including sales, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and funding in accordance with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across accounting functions, including sales, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and funding in line with contractual terms.
- Perform routine accounting and administrative activities, including data entry, filing, record verification, invoice, revenue and purchase order, contract document and mail handling.
- Research and respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
- Work closely with finance teams in local subsidiaries to support funding and post-booking activities.
- Maintain accurate records and support special projects and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel (including formulas), and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in business processes.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage routine tasks accurately.
