Roles & Responsibilities
- Update and analyze breakdown data daily to improve equipment efficiency and performance. Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to support day-to-day activities including planning Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and preparing checkpoints.
- Manage activities within the Continuous Improvement (CI) workshop. Plan and monitor tasks such as work allocation for CI initiatives proposed by employees and support maintenance, engineering, and production teams in resolving operational issues.
- Prepare monthly maintenance data and reports.
- Assist the maintenance team with preparation of AM and PM checklists and yearly maintenance calendars.
- Support teams during breakdown resolution and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for project-related activities.
- Assist in facility modifications and the introduction of new equipment.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly installed equipment.
- Develop and maintain a digital maintenance dashboard using Power BI.
