Job Summary
The Graduate Apprentice Trainee will support warehouse operations and Lean management activities with a focus on data analysis, visualization, and process improvements. The role requires lean management skills and a strong analytical mindset along with technical skills in Power BI, PowerApps, and other visualization tools.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deploy digital team board across the organization.
- Deploy cost deployment and other lean management tools at the shop floor.
- Drive CIMP and PS methodology across the organization.
- Assist in the development and visualization of dashboards using Power BI and other tools.
- Support warehouse operations through data analytics and reporting.
- Work on process automation using PowerApps and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reports for decision-making.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Key Skills
- Lean management
- Strong data analytical skills related to visualization tools (Power BI, PowerApps, etc.)
- Good communication skills and teamwork capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective decision-making
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Any projects related to data analytics, visualization, or process automation will be an added benefit.
