Job Description

We are hiring a Software Engineer – Development to join our growing team of remote professionals. This role focuses on designing, developing, maintaining, and supporting high-quality technology solutions across software applications, testing, or IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Support the development or testing of technology components within assigned projects.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Take ownership of assigned modules or functionalities and mentor junior team members as needed.
• Reporting: Provide timely updates on project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
• Collaboration: Establish effective communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Quality Delivery: Uphold high standards of performance and service delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
• Relevant industry experience in software development, testing, or support roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of Healthcare IT or general IT Services Delivery domain is a plus.
