Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer concerns, questions, and issues through clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Provide timely support to vendors and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Develop platform and business knowledge to support vendors effectively.
• Maintain a professional approach while managing sensitive situations and representing the company positively.
• Use departmental resources, policies, and procedures while demonstrating strong time-management and independent working skills.
• Support team members with challenging interactions and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and first contact resolution metrics.
• Use logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, and Payments teams to resolve seller concerns.

Qualifications

• HSC, any graduation degree, 10+5 qualification, or 12+3 diploma.
• Mandarin language certification is required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including day and night shifts.
• 5 working days with 2 rotational week offs.
