Job Description
The consultant is responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience via calls, email, chat, or social media. You will resolve issues, inquiries, or concerns using the right principles, ensuring all customer questions are answered in a timely manner. You will also work towards monthly goals for customer satisfaction and productivity.
Your responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer requests and inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
- Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics).
- Adhering to non-disclosure agreement and data security policies.
- Completing upskilling and e-courses mandated by each program.
- Attending coaching sessions and ensuring feedback is implemented.
- Maintaining 100% schedule adherence, no absenteeism, and positively contributing to reduce program shrinkage.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Any full-time UG/PG graduate (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, Pharma, MBA, MCA) from the 2026 batch can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Good analytical and typing skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights.
- Candidates must reside within a 25 km radius of our office.
Additional Information
- Working locations: Mumbai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Chennai, or Bhopal.
- Timings: 8 hours plus 1 hour break, 5 or 6 days per week.
- Perks: Cab facilities available (within 25 km of office location).
