About the Role

S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Client Service Analyst to support clients using the Debtdomain platform across the EMEA region. The role involves collaborating with global teams while developing knowledge in finance, banking, and technology. Debtdomain is a web-based platform widely used in the global loan syndication market, offering CRM, bookbuilding, and secure dataroom capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client support for the Debtdomain platform, including training, onsite coverage, and ongoing assistance where required.
  • Work with global Service Analysts and cross-functional teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and escalate urgent concerns when necessary.
  • Collect and communicate user feedback to support continuous product and service improvements.
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
  • Escalate technical concerns and collaborate with product and development teams.
  • Manage multiple projects across varying timelines with strong organizational skills.
  • Handle additional business-related duties and requests as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Exposure to the financial industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities with professional interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with internet-based applications.

Commercial Awareness and Skills

  • Ability to analyze processes and suggest improvements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
  • Analytical thinking with a willingness to learn.
  • Professional handling of customer situations under pressure.
  • Solid PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
