About the Role

S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Corporate Actions (MCA) service provides validated corporate action announcements for equities, fixed income, and structured finance securities across global markets. The Corporate Actions Product Services Team operates across India, Singapore, London, New York, and Dallas, supporting validation research, client onboarding, vendor management, quality control, and operational initiatives.

The team researches domestic and international corporate action announcements from vendor feeds and enriches them into validated records for customers. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to ensure corporate action records accurately define event terms for downstream client use.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review corporate action announcements and perform research to validate and complete records for publication.
  • Research information through prospectuses, exchange bulletins, company websites, and other market sources.
  • Coordinate with paying agents, transfer agents, custodian banks, exchange officials, and other external entities to gather required details.
  • Monitor daily exception reports and resolve identified issues.
  • Support updates to procedures and operational controls.
  • Work with local and global teams to improve quality, operational efficiency, and client service delivery.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and operational projects alongside Product Services, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Maintain understanding of service level agreements and their operational impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with a background in finance and analytics.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities for collaboration across teams and clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to research information from multiple sources.
