We are looking for exceptional Graduate Engineers to join our Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting team and work with some of the world's largest enterprises.

This is not a traditional sales role.

You will work with Sales, Product, Engineering, AI, and customers to understand complex business problems, design technology-led solutions, and demonstrate how AI-powered enterprise software can transform the way organizations work.

What You'll Do

Solve Real Business Problems With Technology

Enterprise customers come to us with complex problems, not just requests for software.

You will:

• Understand customer business processes and challenges.
• Break ambiguous problems into structured requirements.
• Translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Research industries, companies, and customer environments.
• Identify where software, automation, and AI can create measurable value.
• Work with experienced Solution Consultants to develop solution strategies.

Your job is to answer: "How can technology solve this customer's problem?"

Bring AI Into Enterprise Solutions

AI is at the core of Zycus.

You will learn and work with:

Design Technology Solutions

Working with senior Solution Consultants and Product teams, you will:

• Design solutions based on customer requirements.
• Understand system architecture and application workflows.
• Work with APIs, integrations, data, and enterprise systems.
• Configure and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Create solution prototypes and proof-of-concepts where required.
• Understand how enterprise SaaS applications integrate with customer ecosystems.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to validate technical solutions.

You will progressively develop from understanding the product to designing solutions to owning solution discussions.

Create Compelling Product Demonstrations

One of the most important skills you will develop is the ability to show, not just tell, how technology solves a problem.

You will:

• Build customized product demonstrations.
• Design demos around customer business scenarios.
• Present technical capabilities and business outcomes.
• Demonstrate AI-powered workflows.
• Explain complex technology to both technical and business audiences.
• Participate in customer presentations and solution workshops.

The goal isn't to demonstrate every feature.

The goal is to demonstrate: "Here's your problem. Here's how we solve it. Here's the value you get."

Work With Global Enterprises

You will gain exposure to some of the world's largest organizations and work alongside experienced Sales and Solution Consulting teams across global markets.

You may participate in:

• Customer discovery sessions
• Technical workshops
• Solution presentations
• Product demonstrations
• Proof-of-concepts
• RFP/RFI responses
• Executive presentations
• Competitive analysis
• Account strategy

You will learn how enterprise technology decisions are actually made.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for elite Graduate Engineers with strong technical foundations and exceptional problem-solving ability.

Education

• B.E./B.Tech, 2027 graduates
• Preferred disciplines: Computer Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Science, Electronics & Communication, and other strong engineering disciplines.

We are particularly interested in candidates from top engineering institutions with strong academic and technical credentials.

Communication & Influence

Great Solution Consultants are excellent communicators.

You should be able to:

• Explain technical concepts simply.
• Present ideas confidently.
• Tell a compelling story around technology.
• Listen carefully and ask intelligent questions.
• Communicate with both engineers and business leaders.
• Influence without relying on authority.

You don't need to be a polished salesperson.

We will teach you Pre-Sales.

What we cannot easily teach is curiosity, intelligence, problem-solving ability, and the desire to understand technology deeply.
