Zycus Hiring Management Trainee Talent Acquisition Mumbai | ₹25,000/month

Zycus is looking for ambitious Engineering and MBA graduates to join its HR team as a Management Trainee for Talent Acquisition. This is a 3-month full-time program for high-potential people who want to start a career where people, business and technology meet. As a trainee, you will get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, work closely with business leaders, and learn hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Note: This is a full-time internship role. Candidates should be ready to work full-time as a Management Trainee for 3 months, with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, coordination and onboarding for non-technical roles.

• Talent Sourcing: Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, networking and referrals.

• Engaging Conversations: Hold persuasive, sales-driven conversations with candidates and promote Zycus as an employer of choice.

• Candidate Management: Manage the recruitment pipeline, with timely follow-ups and smooth candidate experiences.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the TA team to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

• Reporting and Analytics: Track recruitment metrics and share insights to improve sourcing and reduce time-to-hire.

Preferred Skills

• MBA degree (optional but preferred)

• Prior internship or exposure in recruitment, HR or sales

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms

• Understanding of SaaS business models
