Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and monitor application progress through the recruitment cycle.
2. Apply basic sourcing techniques using job boards and professional networks to find potential candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct initial resume screening against predefined criteria to shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
4. Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview panels using internal communication tools.
5. Maintain accurate recruitment records and update status reports using HR information systems.
6. Take part in team discussions to share candidate feedback and support hiring decisions.
