About the NATS Program

This role is offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), a flagship initiative of the Government of India that builds practical, trade-specific skills for Indian youth. It runs under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973). Volvo Group offers engineering graduates and diploma holders a structured, one-year, hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity to build industry-ready capabilities.

What you will do

You will start your career in Talent Acquisition and help build the teams that shape our future.

• Learn the fundamentals of recruitment, from understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews, keeping communication clear and timely with candidates and hiring teams.
• Support talent acquisition initiatives, maintain accurate trackers and records, and share regular updates on hiring progress.

The role gives you an end-to-end view of recruitment and a chance to grow into a confident Talent Acquisition Partner.

Your future team

You will join the Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, a group of experienced TA partners who value collaboration, curiosity and continuous learning. The team shares knowledge openly and supports each other through every hiring cycle.
