Role Overview
The Trainee Software Engineer will work with a development team and gain practical experience using modern software technologies and frameworks such as .NET, Python, and Azure. This role is intended for individuals interested in building technical expertise while contributing to real projects within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Understand the organization’s mission, values, and strategic goals to align work with overall objectives.
- Participate actively in training sessions and apply the knowledge gained to supported projects and products.
- Learn the development technologies, tools, and frameworks used by the engineering team.
- Begin work under general guidance and progressively take on tasks independently as familiarity with systems increases.
- Collaborate with a distributed global team and coordinate with colleagues across different locations and time zones.
Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Understanding of Python, OOP concepts, and structural languages such as C# with .NET.
- Familiarity with SparkSQL and data processing concepts.
- Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, Azure Batch, Docker containers, or PowerShell scripting is beneficial.
- Basic technical knowledge along with strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
