As a Delivery Consultant Intern, you will learn how technical expertise is applied to deliver high-quality service, using consulting skills such as problem-solving, hypothesis-based issue analysis, communication, and service orientation. Day-to-day responsibilities may include

• Understanding client challenges and designing solutions that deliver business value across design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support, with a sense of urgency.
• Creating and running agile plans for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• Showing self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative, while working with data and people to find answers and present solutions.
• Collaborating and communicating across clients, partners, and IBM teams.
• Presenting clearly and persuasively in an engaging, influential way.
