About the Requisition

This requisition is used to screen and assess applicants for various IBM business units. Candidates may be considered for, but are not limited to, the units below.

• IT Services & Consulting: Delivers enterprise technology, hybrid cloud solutions and consulting services.
• Infrastructure & AI: Focuses on enterprise AI agents, hybrid cloud architecture and infrastructure innovation.

What We Look For

• Exposure to academic programs, through current enrollment at a university or a recently completed qualification.
• Basic understanding of business operations, gained through academic studies or previous internships.
• Basic administrative skills, such as data entry, record-keeping or document management.
• Foundational communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues in a team.
• Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical problems or projects.

• Familiarity with current industry trends in a specific field, gained through studies or personal projects.
• Basic project management, such as small projects or group assignments involving project planning and execution.
