Responsibilities

As a Process Associate, Finance and Administration Delivery, you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage vendor accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Address queries and take follow-up actions

Requirements

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-directed and ambitious, with a focus on meeting targets
• Able to thrive under deadlines and contribute to change management
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
