As a Trading Services Specialist, you will take a key part in executing and processing trade orders, supporting the smooth running of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your work will have a visible impact on your team and on the overall performance of our trading services. You will build your knowledge of market products and trading processes, and learn to apply it to non-routine problems and to improve existing procedures. Junior and senior team members will monitor and coach your work, sharing their experience to lift team performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will develop your understanding of automation technologies and data analysis to optimize trading operations, while working with internal stakeholders and supporting change initiatives that advance our strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Use your growing knowledge of market products to monitor asset and cash levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Learn and apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations, improving efficiency and resilience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our trading platform, identifying process improvements and proposing innovative solutions.
• Build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, managing communications and aligning operations with the firm's strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Ability to learn and use automation technologies and apply them to optimizing trading operations.
• Understanding of data analysis techniques, with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Communication skills to maintain internal stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in standard office software to create and deliver presentations to various levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading instruments and the trading process, with baseline knowledge of order execution, trade processing and risk monitoring.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills, along with an innovative mindset focused on continuous process improvement.
