This position focuses on strengthening data practices within financial operations while supporting regulatory standards and maintaining client trust. The role involves working with digital tools and collaborating with teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
As a Client Data Analyst in Operations, you will review and improve data collection and verification processes to ensure KYC records remain accurate and complete. The role requires strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to a culture of accountability and risk awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated service issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Make informed decisions independently using data insights and professional judgment.
- Support client onboarding while fulfilling AML and KYC requirements to ensure compliance and risk evaluation.
- Conduct investigations to identify AML typologies and prepare detailed reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze transaction data to detect patterns and verify legitimacy, coordinating with bankers and customers to obtain necessary information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical capability to work with large volumes of unstructured data.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to act independently, make decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving ability and effective communication for resolving internal and external concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of KYC and AML policies with exposure to risk, audit, or process improvement.
- Experience working with mainframe or PC-based systems and digital process automation tools.
- Project management or process improvement exposure.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
