Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist the Production Technician in defining processes. You will gain practical experience through on-the-job training, applying this knowledge to support production. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing product cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the designated area as instructed.
• Monitoring the production process under the supervision of a mentor and performing basic quality and testing checks.
• Ensuring efficient use of consumables and spare parts for machinery and equipment, and overseeing all preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Providing cycle time data for the production process to internal teams.
